CASH ONLY! I want to start with that because we wasted a whole hour trying to get cash, too long of a story to post just bring cash lol but well well worth the rough beginning. Pho 79 lives up to expectations! The pho here is so good, my husband and I had a small bowl each of their pho with rare and well cooked beef, their vermicelli with egg roll and charbroiled pork and shrimp and pork spring rolls! Everything single thing we ordered we enjoyed we even ordered broth and noodles for the kids and they are picky eaters and ate everything! So delicious, we are already planning our next trip out!

Solid spot! The place had a Michelin star in 2021 for a reason! Got the #23 to try the brisket and rare beef. Rare beef was leaner and brisket was much fattier! Great broth and the large is huge and filled with lots of meat and noodles! It would be a challenge to finish it even for a big eater like me! Great QUALITY:PRICE:SIZE ratio. Get the EGG ROLL that comes with the side assortment of veggies that are used to encase the delicious crunchy fried goodness if you so choose! Super AUTHENTIC and GREAT service. They even had the Vietnamese paper for purchase ! The owner came by and poured our sauces for dipping.

My only 2 complaints 1) the building facing the windows reflects a super bright light and it's hard to sit and enjoy food with bright light blaring at you 2) every time I come, I'm always getting bit my mosquitoes here. Gosh they need to do something about that's

This place advertises its award for the James beard award and it lives up to my expectations! We got the rare beef pho and a side of oxtail. It was really the best of both worlds because I don't think I would have been happy with just the oxtail pho. The oxtail was super tender and they gave a lot! Great value. The beef pho was perfect, piping hot, and the noodles were bouncy. The soup is very salty though but I didn't mind. The parking lot is kind of small and there was a 20 min wait on a Friday night but it moved quickly. When you get there, you have to sign your name and party on a clipboard hanging on the door. Don't make the noob mistake I made by walking in and asking the counter for a table. Recommend trying if you're in the area!
